The Takamatsuzuka Tomb's inside wall paintings were excavated in 1972. On the plastered inside walls of the tomb chamber are paintings in full color with red, blue and gold and silver foil representing four male followers and four abigails together with the Azure Dragon, Black Warrior, White Tiger and constellations of stars.
