Onda-harukuwa-kishiki Festival


Muromachi Period

This is an annual ceremonial festival held at Niu Shrine of Makuni on January 7 to pray for a good harvest.
This festival is said to have been transmitted from the Sumiyoshi Shrine in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture. It has been held annually for more than 450 years.
